1. Product Introduction

3. Structure and Working Principle

The belt conveyor is mainly composed of frame, belt, roller, pulley, tensioning device, transmission device and so on.

The belt conveyor consists mainly of two end pulleys and a closed conveyor belt tightly fitted over it. The pulley that drives the belt to rotate is called the drive pulley, while the other pulley that changes the direction of belt movement is called bend pulley. The drive pulley is driven by a motor through a speed reducer. The belt is dragged by friction betweenit and the drivepulley. The drivepulley is generally installed at the discharge end to increase the traction. The material is fed from the feeding end, falls on the rotating belt, and is transported to the discharge end by the friction ofthe belt.

1. Stable conveying.There is no relative movementbetween the material and the belt, which can avoid damage to the conveyed material and reduce the wear on the belt;
