1. Product Introduction

The vibrating feeder is a kind of device that uniformly, regularly and continuously feeds the block and granular materials into the receiving device. In the aggregate production line, the feeder can feed the crushers continuously and evenly to buffer the impact of the stone on the crushingmachine and prevent the crushing machinery from being blocked, which can improve the efficiency and service life of the entire production line.

It has grizzly type and plate type. The plate type is usually used in the quarry, whichfeeds all the materials in the crushing machine. The grizzly type can screen the stones roughly. The vibrating feeder is necessary for the whole plant, and is widely used in quarry, metallurgy, coal mine, mineral processing and building materials industries.

3. Structure

The vibrating feeder is composed of vibration exciter, feedchute, spring support andtransmission. The vibration source of the feeder is an exciter. The motor drives the vibration exciter through the V-belt, thereby driving the chute to vibrate, so that the material can continuously move in the chute to achieve the purpose of conveying the material.
