1. Product Introduction
There are many types of iron ore, such as magnetite, hematite, limonite, etc. Differentiron ores adoptdifferent iron ore miningmethods. The beneficiation process is to select different ore dressing methods according to the different nature of ores to achieve the best beneficiationeffect. Iron ore mining equipment includes crushers, ball mills, classifiers, magnetic separators, concentrators and dryers. 2. Flow Chart
The iron ore mining process includes crushing, grinding and selecting, among which the selecting process mainly includes gravity concentration, magnetic separation and flotation. Due to the differences in the nature of the ore, the processes and equipment used are different, but most of the iron ore processing have the following stages.
Primary Crushing
The bulk iron ores are fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushingto reach a certain particle size.
Secondary Crushing
The crushed iron oresarescreened by a circular vibrating screen and then conveyed by a belt conveyor to a cone crusher for secondary crushing.
Grinding
In order to improve the fineness of the iron ore, the crushed iron ores enter the ball mill for grinding to achieve a certain fineness requirement.
Magnetic Separation
The grinded ores enter the magnetic separator. The gangue falling from the upper magnetic roller also contains some weak magnetic ore particles.These ore particles enter the lower magnetic roller for magnetic separation. The finished iron ore particles enter mining hoppers.The gangue is discharged from the tailings port and the magnetic separation phase is completed.

3. Features
1.Large processing capacity and the iron ore miningline can handle 1,500-3,000 tons of raw ore in one day.
3.In the output, there are a part of finished products and a part of semi-finished products. The grade of the semi-finished product can be controlled at about 30-60%. Semi-finished products can be sold directly, or continue to beprocessedby ball mill.
4. The energy consumption is very low, which greatly reduces the operation costs.
