1. Brief Introduction:
Drum permanent magnetic separator produced by our Sankay company features of simple structure,large handling capacity,easy to operate and maintain. It is suitable for the Iron ores which size is larger than 3mm,such as magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasting ore and so on. Magnetic Separator also suitable for coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and other iron removal work, it has been widely used in mining, timber, chemical, food and other industries.

1.Magnetic depth is large,so the processing capacity is high.
2. Three tanks are available to meet different sorting requirements.
3.The downstream tank is suitable for ore size 0.6~0mm’s rough selection.
4.The counterflow tank is suitable for ore size 0.6~0mm’s rough selection and concentration.
5.Semi-inverted tank is suitable for rough selection and concentration,the particle size is 0.5~0 mm,it is especially for concentrating minerals with particle size of 0.15~0 mm.
3. Working Principle:
After the slurry enters the bottom tank of the magnetic separator, the ore grains with loosely condition enter the mine feeding, the magnetic ore is formed "magnetic chain or magnetic group" under the action of the magnetic field. They overcome gravity and mechanical force to move toward the magnetic pole,the slurry is attracted to the surface of the cylinder and moves with the cylinder.During this moving process,it removes a portion of gangue ore particles which is entrained in magnetic ore particles, thereby improving the taste of the concentrate. The non-magnetic or weak magnetic ore particles are discharged from the tailing hole into the tailings pipe under the action of the slurry flow in the tank.
